We created the Home Retail Consumer Monitor to help brands, friends, and retailers better understand the various factors that are impacting how consumers learn about, shop for, and buy products and services for their homes.

As part of our reporting, Sales Factory began tracking consumer sentiment over coronavirus and the vaccine in early 2020, including the impact they may have on consumer confidence and spending. This study quickly evolved into the Home Retail Consumer Monitor.

We have also put together a tracking dashboard for quick reference to our latest data. Use the Data Selector and Data Filters to view the different datasets available.
