Senior Data Architect
About the Job
Sales Factory is looking for a Senior Data Architect to work closely with our Insights & Analytics and Digital teams. This Senior Data Architect will be responsible for strategic planning and hands-on engineering of data and cloud environments that support our advanced analytics, data science, and other data platform initiatives. The goal of this work is to bring our vast data sources to life and apply attribution modeling to help uncover performance and insights of marketing tactics. To be successful in this position, the data architect should have experience and understanding of marketing campaigns in combination with traditional data architect skills. The Senior Data Architect will be expected to be hands-on technically, but also present to leadership and take ownership on key projects.
Digital Marketing Director
The Digital Marketing Director at Sales Factory thrives on driving client success in the digital marketing world. Sales Factory’s digital team works to drive brand growth through the collaborative execution of digital marketing campaigns while maintaining a strong digital presence for agency brands across multiple channels. This position serves as the agency’s digital marketing lead and is responsible for managing and mentoring the digital marketing team, campaign execution, including strategy development, digital content strategy and creation, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup and management, and internal and external reporting. The Digital Marketing Director should have extensive knowledge of digital marketing and digital design/development and is responsible for driving Sales Factory's ability to service and drive brand growth for our clients on a growing number of digital marketing platforms.
Social Media Supervisor
The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing and executing social media strategy across a variety of clients. The supervisor is expected to impact the client’s business through social media, collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand voice and tone, and proactively leverage new channels and media types. This position reports to the SVP, Communications & Content, but is expected to work collaboratively across the digital, marketing strategy, insights & analytics, and creative teams.
Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager at Sales Factory is driven by brand growth in the digital marketing world. Sales Factory helps to drive clients’ business through the collaborative execution of digital marketing strategies. Digital Marketing Managers are responsible for campaign execution, including strategy development, digital content strategy and creation, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup and management, and internal and external reporting.
We are seeking an Ecommerce Strategist to help our clients grow their online retail channels. The ideal candidate has a background in operations or sales related to ecommerce channels. The position will be responsible for product content optimization, traffic generation, driving sales, and reporting for multiple online retail channels. These channels may include but are not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.
The Channel Manager reports to the VP, Marketing Strategy and is responsible for managing the national retail sales of multiple product categories at big box home centers.

We typically hire spring and summer interns to work in accounts, digital, research, strategy, content, and public relations. We accept applications at any time of year. As for what you’ll be doing, we get our own coffee. We’d prefer to use your talents for real work. It’s not uncommon for our interns to travel to and participate in trade shows, PR events, pitches, and client meetings. If you’re looking for real‑life experience, you’re in luck.
