Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager at Sales Factory is driven by brand growth in the digital marketing world. Sales Factory helps to drive clients’ business through the collaborative execution of digital marketing strategies. Digital Marketing Managers are responsible for campaign execution, including strategy development, digital content strategy and creation, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup and management, and internal and external reporting.

Requirements: 

  • Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on several platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.)
  • Identify target keywords and guide landing page optimization strategies for relevance and user experience, driving towards a trackable conversion
  • Collaborate across the organization to strategize and execute digital content, including landing pages, websites, blogs, social content, and ad creative
  • Ensure ad creative meets best practices and platform-specific requirements
  • Design and implement A/B tests and report findings to the broader team
  • Monthly reporting on campaign performance and client KPIs
  • Create digital media plans and proposed budgets
  • Stay up to date on trends, best practices, and vendor offerings in digital marketing and design/development

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and ecommerce platforms and best practices
  • Knowledge of digital design and development process, terminology, and best practices
  • Ability to translate complex concepts to colleagues and clients in understandable and digestible language
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with paid search, display ad platforms, YouTube advertising, and social media advertising
  • Strong ability to manage time and prioritize work
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and lead other team members
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
