Dena joined the sales factory in 2013 after 12 years spent as a writing consultant and instructor. She received her undergraduate degree in mass communications from Miami University (Ohio) and earned her master’s degree in Library and Information Science. If there’s such a thing as a “Type A creative,” Dena is it. Dedicated as strongly to deadlines and linear processes as she is to creating original content, Dena’s skill set combines trust, humor, logic and insights that all flow into content management.
An internationally published author with Random House, Dena has taught writing workshops across the nation. She is an endurance athlete and Crossfit enthusiast, having completed nine marathons and five ultra-marathons. Whether it’s a blog post, ad copy, infographic script or brochure, Dena knows that every piece of writing tells a story. She relishes working with clients to understand what they want their end users to feel and then using the written word to take them there.
